Why do you love coaching?

Providing people with joy, happiness and fun while on court is why I love coaching. I participated in lessons myself and experienced these feelings and being able to provide these same feelings to people is my main goal as a coach and why I do it. 

Why do you love playing tennis?

I love playing tennis because it is not only a physical game, but a mental game too. I feel like it challenges all aspects of your body and mind in a way that no other sport does.

Your favourite tennis player and why?

Casper Ruud - I've seen Casper play live a number of times. His level of consistency and technical skills really stuck out to me. He also seems like a super nice guy! I'm hoping he can capture a Grandslam some day! 

Your favourite shot to coach and why?

I love coaching a cross-court forehand or backhand. I feel like hitting cross-court in tennis is crucial to improving tactically, especially for beginners and people new to the sport. 

Your favourite shot to play and why?

My favourite shot is a backhand down the line. If I hit a winner with this shot, it brings me so much joy and it's also my favorite shot to see on TV!
